DANIEL A. PORTER - ADMINISTRATOR

Daniel is an integral part of the management staff. He started working for Florida Drawbridge part-time while majoring in finance at the University of Central Florida. He started working for the company full-time in March 2007. He is trained to operate several drawbridges and provided the role of bridge supervisor for a short time managing the scheduling, bridge safe operation and interface with customer.

He has brought his finance education to the role of administering the company's financial responsibilities. His duties include direct link between vendors and employees providing payroll and accounts payables of vendor invoices. He develops budgetary dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.

He performs contract administration of bridge maintenance by generating the bridge work orders from independently generated bridge inspection reports. He then tracks the work orders for completion within the scheduled time period.
