JAMES A. PORTER - CONTRACT QA/QC MANAGER

Our Contract Manager, James Porter, brings over 20 years of leadership experience to our team.  Jim worked for General Electric in a leadership position for 16 years in the design, installation and repair of medical diagnostic equipment.  His cost accounting and productivity techniques gained as part of General Electric Medical Systems Global Support Team has given him the ability to design highly accurate cost modeling for budgetary planning and to develop dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.  These tools give Florida Drawbridge the means to forecast cash flow needs, maximizing our company assets and enabling us to secure lines of credit as needed.  He also utilizes the experience he gained as a Field Service Engineer, Project Manager, and Service Manager with GE Medical Systems to monitor our service programs and support our management team.  Mr. Porter leads Florida Drawbridge’s Quality Control Program to assure quality performance throughout a given project.
