JOHN W. MATTHEWS, III - ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. John Matthews has extensive Project Management experience on moveable bridges. This includes 30 years as a working electrical engineer with 23 of those specifically on moveable bridges. His background includes everything from hands on emergency repairs to complete contract execution and compliance. He has engineered design upgrades and pioneered maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities include contract execution and performance, customer interface, project planning, scheduling, manpower requirements, and material acquisition. Electrical engineering and electrical project planner. Interface and scheduler for NBI (Bridge Inspection Program) for Dade and Monroe Counties. Includes Inspection report review and Feasible Action Review Committee member.
